Food and Beverage

If you are serving food and/or beverage from your booth, it is important that you read this section carefully and complete all the required forms.

Required Forms to be completed and submitted for any exhibitor serving food and/or beverage (this includes pre-packaged foods):

• Aramark Authorization Request – Food and/or Beverage Distribution

Exhibitors serving food or beverage that is not pre-packaged must order hand-washing units from Aramark. To order please call 714-765-8800. The cost is $30.00 plus a 17%service charge and 7.75% tax.

Sample sizes are as follows and must be strictly adhered to: spirits ½ oz., wine 1oz. and beer 2 oz. Any exhibitor serving sample sized alcohol must hire an Aramark bartender.

Freezer & Refrigeration Storage:

"Freezer and Cold Storage will be located outside the loading. Please complete the Cold Storage form and labels and/or Freezer Storage form and labels. These forms and labels can also be found in the General Contractor section of this manual.

Ice/Water Coolers:

Ice and/or water coolers may be ordered through Aramark at 714-765-8800 or may be ordered on-site during show hours in Halls B or D Concession Stands.
